Our goal at Casual Cottage Chic is to make your online shopping experience a pleasant and easy one! Customer satisfaction is a priority. Security Payment Policy We accept payment via PayPal which is our preferred payment method. PayPal is very safe and has exceptional security features. You can pay by credit card, bank transfer or from your checking or savings account via PayPal. Signing up is free by going to http://www.paypal.com We are also happy to accept money orders. In some cases we will accept MC, VISA credit cards over the phone. Please contact us via email at mypinkcottage@hotmail.com prior to making your purchase selections if you wish to pay with your personal credit card. Provide your daytime phone number so we may call to take your credit card information. Payment is due within 3 days.
CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS MUST PAY SALES TAX OR PROVIDE US WITH A COPY OF A VALID RESALE CERTIFICATE. Once we have determined the cost to ship your purchase(s), we will email you an INVOICE. Layaway
We are happy to accept layaways for orders over $100.00. We ask for a 50% deposit, and the remaining 50% due within 30 days. If you would like to arrange a layaway, please ask before making your purchase. Deposits are non-refundable. Please feel free to inquire for more information on doing layaway.
Shipping If you purchase multiple items, you may receive more than one package. Our items are shipped insured via FedEx or USPS Priority Mail, depending on size and weight restrictions. We will ship your items as quickly as possible, but please allow sufficient time for items to be properly boxed for shipping. If FREE SHIPPING is offered, it is only for shipping within the continental USA (excludes Alaska and Hawaii).
Returns We try to describe all pieces accurately and to point out any "flaws". Our antique and vintage items are time worn, sometimes distressed, they have those lovely dings, scratches and other wear that make them truly well~loved. We rarely sell "perfect" antiques. Due to their aged and used nature, all sales are final. Please email any questions or concerns about an item prior to making your purchase. No RETURNS accepted for soft items ~ pillows, coverlets, aprons, tea cozies, etc.
In the unlikely event that your item is received damaged by the shipper, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Please keep all packaging and boxing materials. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to receive a return authorization. A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to any non-defective merchandise returns that were approved. These items must be returned in their original packing in which they were received. We recommend that you insure the package. Once we receive the returned merchandise you will receive a refund minus the 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping costs are NOT refundable.
